Absolutely no claims are allowed on second class tiles. Prices are subject to change without notice. All tiles sold are subject to shade variations. 20% restocking fee on returned goods provided they are not damaged. NO returns after 15 days. Storage fees will apply to orders older than 90 days from the order date. No tile is guaranteed to be stain proof. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase additional insurance, for breakages that may occur during transit; if the delivery is made by any carrier / freight service. All claims and common carrier / freight services must be made directly with the insurance company and not with the import of eden’s tiles design home.
